As Mayfield Baptist Church continues to grow, we are taking time to understand the different stages of church development and what they mean for how we lead, care for one another, and do ministry together.

From the close-knit feel of a pastoral church to the team-driven approach of a program church, recognising which season we are in is vital for healthy, sustainable growth.

As we look ahead, we want to hear from you. This survey is an opportunity for every member to share their thoughts and insights on the future of Mayfield Baptist Church — where we are now, where we feel God is leading us, and what that might look like for our community together.
