Mayfield Baptist Church is looking for a passionate leader who is enthusiastic to see children connect with God, grow to be more like Jesus, and is excited to serve here and beyond MBC.

Mayfield Baptist Church (MBC) celebrates a rich history spanning nearly a century, fostering a vibrant, multi-generational community that includes individuals of all ages—from newborns to those over 90. As we look ahead to our 100th anniversary this year, we are excited about the opportunities God has in store for us in this new season.

MBC embraces a unique flat leadership model, meaning we do not operate under a single senior pastor. Instead, we are guided by our Church Leadership Team (CLT) and Eldership. This structure enhances our mission and vision by harnessing a diverse array of skills and perspectives. Every staff role is intentionally created to align with our core values, fostering collaboration and inclusivity within our church community.
